Peter Cahill
Founder
Peter Cahill is the founder of Cahill Mountain Properties and licensed Realtor. Peter is a New Hampshire native that found his way back to New England after stints in Jackson Hole and Philadelphia. In 2014, he and his wife, Anastasia, set down roots in Vermont and they, accompanied by their trusty Black and Tan Coonhound, Bud, spend their free time skiing, hiking and mountain biking all over the Green Mountain State and beyond.

Bud, the Black and Tan, is a gentle soul with a nose to grindstone mentality. He sniffs out all the issues and works tirelessly to remove any pests from your property. Bud primarily watches the truck while Cahill Mountain Properties takes care of you and your home.
